Would you like to know how to make a protein banana bread? Now what about a banana loaf that is wheat free and sugar free?
This quick recipe is one that can easily be made at home using ingredients that you probably already have. There are a lot of high protein baking recipes but most of them use complicated ingredients.
This recipe is wheat free as we are using oat flour instead or you can use raw porridge oats in the blender. Instead of adding a lot of sugar, this recipe uses sweetness from protein powder and a sugar substitute too.
The banana loaf is not only delicious but has good macros, this means it’s easy to include as part of a healthy meal plan.
